When my poor momma broke her wrist just days before Thanksgiving, holiday meal prep suddenly became my new challenge!
Simple base of carrots, celery and onions, a turkey breast and some basic seasonings, and we were on our way!
The meat came out amazingly tender, and was definitely a hit!
As we all continue to stay at home, and especially as winter dining continues to offer limited options, I'm increasingly excited to learn to use my Instant Pot, do more slow cooking and air frying, and just do more cooking in general.
