These are all products I use myself, and this list is meant to help others navigating GLP-1 medications like Zepbound or Wegovy, especially during travel.
Here’s what’s coming with me to Vegas — all TSA-friendly, portable, and taste approved (in my opinion):
Protein and Snacks:
OWYN Dark Chocolate Protein Shakes (pre-packed in a sealed ziplock to prevent leakage)
Justin’s Almond Butter and Chocolate Hazelnut Butter squeeze packs
Atlas Bars (Peanut Butter & Raspberry, Mint Chocolate Chip)
Lundberg Organic Sea Salt Rice Cake Minis
Quest Nacho Cheese Protein Chips
Hydration:
IQMIX electrolyte sticks (Blueberry Pomegranate, Peach Mango, Orange)
Bigelow Mint Green Tea Bags
Other Essentials:
Plastic utensils, napkins, and a travel-safe container to hold and organize it all
This pack will get me through airport delays, long flights, unpredictable hotel food, and days where I don’t want to rely on restaurant availability or timing. Everything here is non-refrigerated, high in protein, and something I know I’ll tolerate well.
I’ll be balancing this over a couple of days of travel and a dinner at Ocean Prime in Vegas using my online app, so I already know the scallops fit into my plan.
I’ll update this post after the trip with what worked best and what I’d change next time. Feel free to DM me or email if you want my full prep list, travel hacks, or affiliate links to try any of these items yourself.
